RETURNS AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Due to the abuse of our returns policy, items can only be returned now if they meet the following requirements: product is damaged in shipping, wrong size, faded or blurry .
What is your return policy?
Since all murals are custom made, returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge. No refunds or returns will be accepted unless product is damaged in shipping, wrong size, faded or blurry. These are custom products and cannot be resold.
How long do I have to return an item?
30 days from the date of receipt. Products must be returned in original packaging and without damage unless damaged in shipping.
Returns will not be accepted nor refunds made 30 days after issuance of return label.
How do I return an item?
Contact our store at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will process a return label and email it to you for you to print and attach to box. Refunds will be issued after we receive package and process the return. A refund will be issued to your original payment method.
What if I want to cancel an order?
Cancellations can be made 24 hours after ordering. After that customer will have to wait for delivery to ask for return and refund.
