How long does it take to receive my package?

Generally orders take 3-4 days for custom processing and usually arrive in 14 -21 days. Most orders are made in China and must go through customs in China and the United States. Occasionally orders take longer. I try to use UPS Expedted or FedEx for quicker delivery.

How do I know when my package will arrive?

Tracking numbers are issued when package is ready for shipment. Generally this takes 4-5 days.

Every shipment has a tracking number. You can track your package with the order number and your phone number or email address within our site or contact us for the latest tracking information.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept most major debit and credit cards. You can also pay with PayPal.

Do you accept money orders or checks?

No. We are not set up to process such payments.
